PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polypropylene-based resin excellent in the balance between flowability and melt strength. SOLUTION: This polypropylene-based resin composition comprises >=2 components, consists of 100 pts.wt. propylene-based polymer in which the intrinsic viscosity of a component having highest molecular weight is >=5 (dL/g) and >=2 times of that of a component having the lowest molecular weight and 0.01-0.5 pts.wt. phosphite expressed by specific formula and satisfies the relation expressed by MT×Log (MFR)>=2, wherein MT (unit: g) denotes a melt tension at 190 deg.C and MFR (unit: g/10 minutes) denotes a melt flow rate at 230 deg.C.
