PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble a mast device preventing a lift chain from vertically moved by the vibration of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A screw hole 31 vertically penetrating and screwed or fitted with a screw part of a bolt part 18 of a lift chain 12 is formed in a flexible synthetic resin clip 30. An opening part 32 for installing the clip 30 around the bolt part 18 from the side is so formed as to communicate with the screw hole 31. The clip 30 is installed in the bolt part 18 from the side so that the lower surface of the clip 30 contacts with the upper surface of the connecting part 23 of the outer mast 10.
