PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-train electric connection test device for rolling stock capable of conducting an electric test without performing connection work in a driver's cab. SOLUTION: An electric coupler 15A is supported on a plate shaped support base 16 so that the position thereof is adjustable along a lateral direction. A lifting and lowering frame 17 is supported so that the position thereof is adjustable with respect to a base 12 along a vertical direction by a first position adjusting means 18A. The support base 16 is supported so that the position thereof is adjustable with respect to the lifting and lowering frame 17 along a longitudinal direction by a second position adjusting means 19A. The electric coupler 15A on the support base 16 is supported on the base 12 so that the position thereof is adjustable along the vertical direction and the longitudinal direction. Thus, the electric coupler 15A can be connected to an electric connector on a leading car.
