PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry joint joiner capable of being smoothly inserted in a joint section between external facings in the case of insertion work and having the excellence in water proofing property after the insertion work as well as architectural design efficiency. SOLUTION: The dry joint joiner is constituted of a base joint filler (2) forming a fitted groove (23) by erecting vertical plates (21) and (21) opposed to each other on the bottom plate section (22) and a top joint filler (3) vertically providing a projected stripe (31) fitted into the fitted groove (23) of the base joint filler (2) to a cylindrical hollow sealing section (32) and, at the same time, forming a silicone system coating layer (33) on a sealing surface of the sealing section (32).
