PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit having control circuits and a memory shared to different devices of a liquid crystal display device and a thermal printing head. SOLUTION: The control circuit which simultaneously controls the liquid crystal display device and the thermal printing head is provided with the memory for storing image data of an amount of one screen of the liquid crystal display device, the thermal printing head control circuit which latches data of an amount of one line to the thermal printing head by a time required for reading out image data of an amount of one horizontal line from the memory and controls the thermal printing head to allot a time required for reading out image data of the one screen amount from the memory to a printing time of the one line amount of the thermal printing head, and the liquid crystal display device control circuit for controlling to display the one screen amount of the liquid crystal display device by the time required for reading out image data of the one screen amount from the memory.
