PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a specified part of a ceramic sintered compact having dimensional tolerance of <=1 μm. SOLUTION: The ceramic sintered compact is obtained by mixing a stabilizing agent and sintering aids with a raw material, adding a binder, molding, and sintering, wherein the specified part of the ceramic sintered compact, or measuring the specified part of the dried and fired molded article are measured and than the specified part is measured again so as to calculate a rate of shrinkage as a preliminary test. A plurality of the molding materials belonging to the different manufacturing lots, and subjected to the preliminary tests are mixed and used for final molding and final firing so as to make the specific part of the ceramic sintered compact have an predetermined dimension. |
