SOLUTION: The unit 1 for a biochemical analysis is formed by a material having a property for attenuating radiation energy and/or light energy, has a substrate 2 where a plurality of holes 3 are formed separated one another and an attraction layer 4 is formed on an inner surface 3a of the plurality of holes.
