PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily dispose a portable electronic information display device on a palm. SOLUTION: For example, a display panel having flexibility or a body formed by bendably connecting solid display panels adjacent to each other with each other by a hinge are used as a display part 2 and a holding belt 4 and the display part 2 are annularly connected so that a hand can be inserted therein. The display part 2 is disposed on the palm side to visually confirm a display screen. When the palm is bended, the display part 2 is easily curved or bent corresponding to the curvature of the palm.
