PACKAGING FILM SUPPLYING DEVICE IN AUTOMATIC PACKAGING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging film supplying device capable of performing a sure and stable repetitive work of a packaging film supplying operation by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This packaging film supplying device is constructed such that there is provided a film storing and supplying segment 10 for supplying only a predetermined length of a packaging film A; the packaging film A is formed into a cylindrical shape and is guided to a forming segment 20 where both side edges of the film A are overlapped to each other; a feeding-out segment 30 for depressing the packaging film A and feeding-out it is installed outside a component feeding-out cylinder 7 passed and inserted into the forming segment 20; further, the film storing and supplying segment 10 and the feeding-out segment 30 are driven by a driving operation in concurrent with or slight delay to the first servo-motor. Controlling of the motor is simple and no inertia of each of the motors is accepted and a stable bag length can always be attained. In addition, it becomes easy to adjust a tension of the packaging film.
