PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for inspecting a liquid crystal panel hardly causing oversights of defects or the like in a dynamic display operating inspection. SOLUTION: The tool for inspecting the liquid crystal panel is provided with a holding plate 2 for freely attachable and detachably holding a liquid crystal panel 1, which holding plate 2 consists of a frame body with an opening 2a to bring in light from a backlight 4 to the display part of the liquid crystal panel 1 and has a fitting part 12 which is a recession with a specified depth arranged downward on the circumferential part of the opening 2a of the holding plate 2 and accepts and mounts the circumference of a diffusion plate 9, a lens sheet 10, a polarizing plate 11, etc., stacked on the downside of the liquid crystal panel 1 to the fitting part 12.
