PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a household gas tap to extinguish a flame on time (by a timer) and to extinguish the flame of a gas instrument when reaching a set seismic intensity at the occurrence of an earthquake. SOLUTION: A solenoid valve 4 and a timer instrument 5 are mounted prior to piping of the gas instrument. The solenoid valve is mounted to be cut off to cut off gas when an ornament (a tumbler) 2 treading on a limit switch 3 tumbles down.
