PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunshade cover capable of being installed outdoors at any position such as on the surface of concrete, capable of selecting and adjusting the area and position of a shade part as required, immediately avoiding wind and weather and flying objects, and sufficiently protecting a privacy since the style and looks of a user cannot be observed, and capable of being transported and stored conveniently. SOLUTION: A plurality of support frames for light shielding hood rotatable in arc shape are installed on a rigid and facilitated base frame to form a seating space. The light shielding hood is formed so as to be opened and closed by rotating the support frame, and any position and angle of opening are set in a range from a full open to a full close.
