PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ditch block capable of contributing to the neutralization of drain in the ditch block with a watercourse in which drain such as rainwater, sewage or the like is made to flow, and to provide the ditch block capable of preventing sediments from depositing. SOLUTION: Housing section 4 in which a neutralizer 10 for neutralizing drain are installed on the internal surface side of the watercourse 2. A sub- watercourse 4a for making a small amount of drain flow in the case of a small amount of drain is recessed to the bottom section 3 of the watercourse. The sub-watercourse 4a for a small amount of drain may also be combined with the housing sections 4 in which the neutralizer is housed.
