METHOD OF PNEUMATIC CONVEYING WASTE PLASTIC INTO LIME FURNACE AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of pneumatic conveying waste plastics into a lime furnace capable of sufficiently utilizing caloric value of the waste plastics, capable of blowing with a simple device at the time of calcining rude ore of lime or dolomite in the lime furnace, especially in a Merz furnace. SOLUTION: The waste plastic is blown into a combustion space S of nearly V shape section formed by the angle of repose of rude ore under a burner arch 22 of the lime furnace, wherein the waste plastics are gasified with the simple device without newly installing a fluidized bed. The waste plastics are smoothly gasified under a high temperature atmosphere, and the quantity of heat of the waste plastics is sufficiently utilized, because the waste plastics are blown into the combustion space S under the burner arch 22 of the lime furnace.
