PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple spouting vessel storing a viscous solution such as liquid soap of a simple structure which can spout the liquid content by a single hand with the spouting vessel hoisted from a wall surface, and can be manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: A spouting vessel body 1 in which a storage recessed part 2 for storing the liquid content, a spouting part 3 for spouting the liquid content continuous to the storage recessed part, and a discharge opening part 4 for discharging the liquid content continuous to the spouting part are communicated with each other in a substantially dish-shaped fashion, and a locking part 5 locked to a locking piece 8 is provided on a rear end part of the storage recessed part 2 is integrally formed of a thermoplastic synthetic resin, cut parts 4a and 5a which can be easily cut and opened are provided on the discharge opening part 4 and the locking part 5, the viscous solution to be spouted is stored in the storage recessed part 2, a spouting valve element 6 for spouting the viscous solution is stored in the spouting part 3, a sheet 7 formed of the thermoplastic synthetic resin is welded to opening edge parts 2b, 3b and 4b of the spouting vessel body in a sealed packaging manner, and a packaging vessel is formed in which the viscous solution can be discharged outside from a discharge port of the discharge opening part by pressing both side walls of the spouting part of the spouting part.
