PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer for a pack of a food packaging which can be smoothly mounted without damaging the inner face of a tray and has good mounting properties and hygienic properties, and can be fixed under a condition where the side part of the tray is strongly pinched by an inner face contact part applied to with the side of the tray being fixed and pressed. SOLUTION: The side of the tray is pinched by means of a pair of the inner face contacts 2 and 2 being inserted into the inner side of the tray, and applied to the inner face and an outer face pressing part 4 bent for pressing the outer face of the side of the tray. A film is supported by means of a film supporting part 1 being continuously provided on the inner face contact 2 and being curved. The apex 2a of the inner face contact 2 has a spherical shape, and can be smoothly inserted into the inner face contact 2. As the inner face contact 2 is fixed on the inner face of the side of the tray to press it, it is fixed on the tray under a condition where the side of the tray is strongly pinched.
