PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition which has good storage stability and can form a coating film excellent in resistance to an organic solvent, and a two-portion coating agent made from the composition. SOLUTION: This coating composition contains (a) an organopolysiloxane having a hydrolyzable group on a side chain, with a weight-average molecular weight of 400 to 30,000, (b) an organopolysiloxane having a silanol group, with a weight-average molecular weight of 400 to 30,000, (c) a catalyst, and (d) a silicone oil.
