PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a definite-amount metering vacuum dispenser by which the movement amount between home positions of a piston can be set freely, by which a definite amount can be metered and dispensed repeatedly by a simple operation and which can be used for a liquid of high cleanability, by a method wherein a stopper used to regulate the movement amount of the piston in a sucking operation is installed to be freely movable. SOLUTION: The definite-amount metering vacuum dispenser is mounted on the bung hole of a container, it is provided with a cylinder and a suction port and a drainage port at one end of a metering cylinder used to meter the liquid by the movement of the piston sliding inside the cylinder, they are provided with check valves, and the stopper which shaft-supports a connecting rod used to connect the piston to a handle moving the handle and which regulates the movement amount of the piston is installed at the other end of the metering cylinder to be freely movable.
