PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save mounting space and keep appreciable manufacturability of a flywheel while ensuring a sufficient flywheel effect. SOLUTION: The flywheel 1 has a wheel body 4 having a shaft passing hole 5 through which a rotary shaft 2 is passed, a seating notch portion 6 into which a part of a peripheral portion of the wheel body 4 is notched and whose bottom portion is formed into a seat 7 of a head portion 3a of a headed mounting member 3, and a communicating receiving portion 8 opening to the seat 7 of the seating notch portion 6 and allowing a leg portion 3b of the headed mounting member 3 to communicate with the shaft passing hole 5. The rotary shaft 2 is passed through the shaft passing hole 5 of the flywheel 1, the leg portion 3b of the headed mounting member 3 is passed in the communicating receiving portion 8 from radially outside the rotary shaft 2, and the head portion 3a of the headed mounting member 3 is butted against the seat 7 of the seating notch portion 6 to fix the tip of the leg portion 3b of the headed mounting member 3 on the rotary shaft 2.
