摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of securely removing protrusions generated in the forming process of hard film covering the dynamic pressure generation face or a rotor surface opposite to the dynamic pressure generation face in less equipment cost and the mandays processing and manufacturing inexpensively the dynamic pressure bearing device having a long life and a stable capacity in a high yield. SOLUTION: After a hard film C is formed on dynamic pressure generation faces 11, 12 or the rotor 2 side face opposite to the faces 11, 12, protrusions formed in the film formation process are removed by eletrolytic process. In the eletrolytic process, the protrusions are preferentially removed in the narrow gap between the electrode implement 3 and the faces and the protrusions brought in the formation process of the hard film C are selectively removed in a short time by the electrolytic process and hence, normal faces are not impaired.
