METHOD FOR CONTROLLING TO OPEN MOLD BY INCHING IN INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a prior art has not established a technique for rationally deciding the number of times of opening a mold by inching. SOLUTION: An internal pressure in the mold is raised by evaporating a moisture in a molding material. When a vapor is reduced, the pressure p1 to p10 in the mold is lowered. That is, a good correlation recognized between the vapor and the pressure in the mold. Then, a method for controlling to open the mold by inching in an injection molding machine comprises the steps of executing controlling of opening the mold by inching based on the pressure p1 to p10 in the mold, and finishing the controlling when the mold is opened by inching at a time t10. Accordingly, the opening of the mold by inching at the number of times without excess and without insufficiency to perform both an improvement in productivity and maintaining of a quality of the molding.
