PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label adhering device having a simple structure in which a continuous work can be carried out. SOLUTION: There are provided a packaging member transferring means for transferring a packaging member; a label adhering means in which an arm holding a roller at its extremity end is rotatably mounted to be projected from its downstream side toward its upstream side in respect to a packaging member transferring area and the arm is biased in such a direction as one in which the roller is projected into the packaging member transferring area; and a label feeding-out means for position setting the label at an upstream side in respect to the roller while being waited for a state in which it is projected into the packaging member transferring area. The packaging member transferred by the packaging member transferring means is abutted against the label, the label is press contacted against the packaging member by rollers. As the packaging member is transferred, the rollers are moved along the label while they are pushed apart and the label is adhered to the packaging member.
