PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust device of a small boat capable of easily reducing exhaust noise. SOLUTION: In the exhaust device 30 of the small boat, an exhaust pipe 31 is extended to the rear from an engine 15 provided in a hull 11, a water muffler 36 is provided in a midway part of the exhaust pipe 31, and exhaust gas is exhausted outside the boat via an inverted U-shaped water lock pipe 37 extending upward from the water muffler 36. A resonator chamber 57 damping resonance of the water lock pipe 37 is provided in the water muffler 36.
