A stay 100 comprises an elongated base plate 113 with first and a second locking stages 111,112 forming first and second guide grooves 115,116. A slider 120 includes a first fitting stage (121, Fig2a) being formed projecting downward integrally with a centre portion of a lower surface of the slider 120, and a second fitting stage (122, Fig 2a) being formed projecting integrally with one corner of the slider 120. A metal stiffening piece (160, Fig 3) can strengthen the rigidity of the slider 120. A slide stopper 114 and circular guiding protrusion 117 may protrude upwards from the surface of base plate 113. This arrangement enables the apparatus to effectively distribute a concentrated load. |
