PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively perform the operation of a valve element and sealing by the valve element and to dissolve fluid sound and pressure loss. SOLUTION: This air passage changeover device 25 changeover-connects an air inflow port 22a to air outflow ports 23a, 24a of other two branch chambers 15, 17 by communicating three branch chambers 15, 16, 17 by communicating holes 14a formed in a pair of opposed partition walls 14, and arranging a valve element 21 in the center branch chamber 16 with the air inflow port 22a to change the opening/closing of two communicating holes 14a by the valve element 21. In this case, the valve element 21 is formed of a complete spherical body.
