PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb a vibration (exciting force) of a low order sufficiently (efficiently) without causing an increase in size of a pulley. SOLUTION: A weight member 16b of a pendulum type vibration absorbing mechanism 16 consists of a powder or fluid. When a pulley body 11 starts to rotate, centrifugal force acting on the weight member (powder) 16b causes the weight member 16b to swing on a sectional centroid of a hole portion 16a while fluidly deformed into a crescent form. A pendulum radius r is thus larger than in a structure where a weight member 16B, which has the same mass, consists of a cylindrical solid, so that without an increase in size of the pulley body 11, a vibration (exciting force) of a low order can be absorbed sufficiently (effectively).
