PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan motor device capable of effectively cooling a motor part while being comparatively simple in constitution. SOLUTION: This fan motor is provided with a case 19 having an intake port 48 and an exhaust port 60 on the front and back, respectively, a motor part 30 formed by a rotor 31 and a stator 32 and built in the case 19, a main turbo fan 33 journaled to a motor shaft 28 projected forward from the motor part 30 for radially guiding the outside air sucked from a suction port 39 in the central part through the intake port 48 toward the peripheral end side, a guide member 22 for turning the air from the main turbo fan 33 toward the central part and guiding the same to the motor part 30, and an auxiliary turbo fan 49 journaled to the motor shaft 28 projected backward from the motor part 30 for discharging the air passed through the motor part 30 from the exhaust port 60 to the outside.
