<p>In the present invention, there are disclosed lincomycin nitro oxides of the general formula I, in which R represents SOCHi3 for lincomycin-N-oxide-sulfoxide and SOi2CHi3 for lincomycin-N-oxide-sulfone. These compounds are prepared in such a manner that lincomycin is brought into reaction with hydrogen peroxide in the presence of ammonia and the obtained nitro oxides of lincomycin are subsequently separated by chromatography.</p> |
