PURPOSE: To provide a lamination type common mode choke coil that less generates a transmission delay in a high-frequency region, and does not lose the balance of transmission signals in differential signal transmission. CONSTITUTION: A common mode choke coil 1 incorporates spiral coils La-Lc where the diameters of coil sections 12-14 are equal and the axes of the coil sections 12-14 are arranged on the same line. Each of leading sections 3a, 5a, 9a, and 11a of the coils La and Lb is in a flex shape pattern. Connection positions to the coil sections 3b, 5b, 9b, and 11b located nearly at the center in the longitudinal direction of the sheet 2 are connected to input/output electrodes. Then, the connection section between the leading sections 3a, 5a, 9a, and 11a, and the coil sections 3b, 5b, 9b, and 11b is in a folding structure. As a result, each of the coils La and Lb is equal each other in the number of turns and line length.
