PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle information management seal, a vehicle information management system, a vehicle information management method, and a vehicle information management program which can easily obtain vehicle information, and prevent any outflow and confusion of vehicle information. SOLUTION: A vehicle information management server 5 in a vehicle information management system 4 comprises a receiving unit 7 for receiving a bar code 2 transmitted from a vehicle dealer side terminal 3, a vehicle information database 8 for storing vehicle information related to the bar code 2, a retrieval unit 9 for retrieving vehicle information from the vehicle information database, a detection unit 10 for detecting specific vehicle information based on the bar code 2, and a transmission unit 11 for transmitting vehicle information to a user terminal. |
