PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof cover for an electric drill formable compactly, without impairing workability and operability. SOLUTION: This soundproof cover 1 for the electric drill 50 covers a drill main body 53 and a handle 54 in an exposed state of a bit mounting part 52, for the electric drill 50 provided with the drill main body 53 having the bit mounting part 52 and the handle 54. The soundproof cover 1 has an open part 23 to put a hand gripping the handle 54 therein at a rear end and is made of a flexible soundproof material. An internal surface of a handle covering part 24 is formed to be in almost close contact with the hand gripping the handle 54.
