PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which has high lamination strength to a base material having a metal surface and prevents the lowering of lamination strength to a strongly permeable substance. SOLUTION: Hot water conversion treatment is applied to the base material, and an adhesive resin obtained by graft-polymerizing a compound having a reactive functional group on a base polymer of a polyolefin resin or an adhesive resin composition containing the adhesive resin is laminated on the treated surface of the base material by an extrusion lamination method. |
