PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a heat shielding material such as glass wool that is weak to dirt can not be used for a surrounding of a rear fender having a fear of the entry of mud water. SOLUTION: An exhaust pipe 24 as an exhaust device is disposed under rear cowl 27. When thermal barrier material 34 is required to be interposed between the exhaust pipe 24 and the rear cowl 27, the thermal barrier material 34 is a resinous plate having generally same width as a vehicular width direction width of a rear fender 31 disposed above a rear wheel 22 and having a shape generally imitating the rear fender 31. Such a thermal barrier material 34 is attached on an upper surface of the rear fender 31 at a specified interval. The thermal barrier material is made to have the same width as the rear fender and have a shape generally intimating the rear fender, and attached on the rear fender. When looking up the thermal barrier material from the rear wheel, the thermal barrier is hidden behind the rear fender, so that mud water spattered by the rear wheel does not directly reach the thermal barrier material. The thermal barrier material is structured by the resinous plate having no fear of being infiltrated by mud or water, so that thermal insulating performance of the thermal barrier material is prevented from deteriorating.
