PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent relative vertical oscillation of fore and aft portions. SOLUTION: The oscillation reducing floating body is composed of a body 2, a one side void 5 arranged in one side of the body 2 and entered by waves, another side void 6 arranged in another side of the body 2 and entered by waves, and a communication pipe 1 communicating the one side void 5 with the other side void 6. A pressure of an upper layer space inside the other side void 5 penetrated by waves is equalized with a pressure of an upper layer space inside the one side void 5, and vertical oscillations of a one side portion 3 and another side portion 4 of the body 2 are equalized. Even induction of oscillation which is a side effect of a void structure itself is effectively avoided by pressure equalization of the communication pipe.
