SOLUTION: An intermediate guide 51 having grappling claws 47 and 49 for grappling the electrode 29 for the fine hole machining is disposed in a support arm 45 movably in the parallel direction with the Z-axis direction, the grappling claws 47 and 49 grapple the electrode 29 and guide and support the intermediate part of the electrode 29.
