PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hearth roll for an annealing furnace for a stainless steel sheet, which hardly causes pick-up of oxidized scale even when produced in centrifugal casting, it inexpensive and has the longer life than a conventional one. SOLUTION: In the hearth roll for the annealing furnace for the stainless steel, which has a roll shaft body provided with an inside structure to be water cooled, and a sleeve attached so as to surround the roll shaft while forming a gap between them through a hub material, the sleeve includes 30-51 mass% Ni, 20-31 mass% Cr, and the balance Fe with unavoidable impurities, and is made by centrifugal casting of a heat resistant alloy steel.
