APPARATUS FOR COMPENSATING VOICE FREQUENCY CHARACTERISTIC OF SPEAKER USED IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL

PURPOSE: An apparatus for compensating voice frequency characteristic of a speaker used in a mobile communication terminal is provided to reduce time and cost required for realizing a compensating apparatus and a circuit. CONSTITUTION: A speaker(20) outputs a voice. An equalizer(10) inputs a voice signal to be output to the speaker(20) and adjusts the voice signal according to a predetermined gain to compensate a difference between a voice frequency characteristic of the speaker(20) and a voice frequency characteristic standard by the frequency band. A control part(20) sends a control signal for compensation to the equalizer(10). A digital-to-analog converter(15) converts the digital control signal into the analog control signal. A plurality of filters(11-14) filter the voice signals, and amplify and attenuate output level of each filtered voice signal corresponding to the analog control signal. A synthesizer(16) synthesizes each voice signal output from the plurality of filters(11-14) to output to the speaker(20).
