PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change meter display positions automatically by detecting if the vehicle has the steering wheel on the left side or on the right side. SOLUTION: Detectors 15L, 15R for detecting the location of the steering wheel block 13 are installed on the steering wheel mounts 14L, 14R, and, upon detection of the steering wheel position by the detectors 15L, 15R, a display control 16 automatically changes the display position of the meter 12 in a complete instrument panel display 11. |
