PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing body for outboard motor with which strength for packing a large-sized outboard motor can be secured, and which is not troublesome to pack and fold after use and can be compact when not in use. SOLUTION: The outboard motor packing body 10 comprises a rectangular base frame 11, a left wall frame 12 standing on the left of the base frame 11, a right wall frame 13 standing on the right, a front bridging material 14 and a rear bridging material 15 extending across the left and right wall frames 12 and 13, stay materials 16 and 17 provided on the front bridging material 14 and fixed to the base frame 11, stay materials 21 and 22 provided on the rear bridging material 15 and fixed to the base frame 11, an upper stay material 23 extending across the front and rear bridging materials 14 and 15, and a bracket 24 mounted on the base frame 11.
