PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing liquid making apparatus capable of realizing the safe and effective sterilization of a liquid in spite of simple constitution using no power supply. SOLUTION: A pair or more of cathodes 5 comprising a base metal in dissimilar metal contact corrosion of an open cell structure and anodes 6 comprising a noble metal in dissimilar metal contact corrosion of the open cell structure, both of which can generate an electromotive current of 0.7 volt or more when both electrodes are immersed in the liquid supplied to a casing 2, are provided in the casing 2 having a supply port 3 and an extraction port 4. |
