PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing holder for a cellphone hung from a neck, which prevents the cellphone from swinging when walking, stooping, or the like, and from striking other person or hitting an object to damage the cellphone. SOLUTION: The cellphone and a cellphone case is bonded with the fixing holder, whereby the cellphone is prevented from swinging.
