A refrigerator dispenser assembly and a control method thereof by which a user can selectively drink drinks such as juice, barley-boiled water and the like including water through the dispenser. The assembly includes a water supply valve connected with a water supply apparatus installed outside a refrigerator for receiving a water filtered by a filter, a water container connected with one end of th e water supply valve by a connection tube for storing a predetermined amount of wate r therein, a cooled drink container connected with the other end of the water supply valve for storing a predetermined amount of water therein, a first temperatu re detection sensor installed in an outer portion of the cooled drink container forsensing a temperature of the water filled in the coo led drink container, a second temperature detection sensor installed in an outer portion of the water cont ainer for sensing a temperature of the water filled in the water container, and a disp enser for receiving water from the water container or the cooled drink container.</SDO AB>
