PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko machine with a simple structure which enables notification of the number of balls obtained (number of output balls) with a relatively higher accuracy. SOLUTION: The number of prize balls put out is obtained from the number of winning balls and the number of prize balls determined corresponding to scoring ports during the big win operation and the estimated value of shot balls is obtained based on the elapse time from the moment of starting big wins to estimate a value, obtained by subtracting the estimated number of shot balls, from the number of prize balls put out as the number of output balls (the number of balls obtained). A sound of a mode corresponding to the range of the number of output balls (range of the number of balls obtained) containing the estimated number of output balls is selected and the sound of the mode selected is generated with a speaker to allow the quick grasping of the number of output balls. As a result, there is no error in accuracy due to difference in time at the moment of detection caused under the conventional art thereby improving the detection accuracy. Thus, players can easily discriminate the range of the number of output balls, ultimately the rough number of output balls from sounds generated from the speaker thereby enabling proper judgment of whether games are proceeding favorably or not.
