PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IB (Scientific name: hedera, Araliaceae family, a kind of ivy) net system frame enabling vegetation by inexpensively, quickly and easily setting on roofs, rooftops, windows, building outer wall surfaces, etc., so as to eliminate global warming and heat island phenomena. SOLUTION: This IB net system frame is characterized in that frames are set on a roof, rooftop, windows, building outer wall surface(s) or the like, applied with IB nets, and IB is grown on the nets so as to entangle thereon.
