PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentrated oxygen supply apparatus equipped with an air compressor for sending air to an adsorption column capable of adsorbing nitrogen under pressure and a flow rate setting device for setting the amount of oxygen-enriched air and operated with power consumed corresponding to the set quantity. SOLUTION: In the concentrated oxygen supply apparatus equipped with a plurality of adsorption columns 18 and 19 filled with an adsorbent 54 capable of adsorbing and separating nitrogen, a flow channel control means 17 for connecting the adsorption columns 18 and 19 in parallel and changing over the adsorption columns 18 and 19 so that one adsorption column 18 is set to an adsorption process and the other adsorption columns 19 is set to a separation process, an air compressor 13 for sending air to the adsorption columns 18 and 19 under pressure, a product tank 20 capable of storing formed oxygen enriched air and a regulator 23 provided to the outlet of the product tank 20, the capacity of the air compressor 13 is controlled correspondingly to the pressure in the product tank 20.
