METHOD OF COVERING MATTER HAVING INTERCONNECTED FINE CAVITIES WITH ANTIBODY, THE COVERED MATTER AND USE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of covering a matter having interconnected fine cavities with an antibody, the covered matter and the use thereof. SOLUTION: An aqueous solution 1 containing at least one type of antibody easily soluble under water and an aqueous solution 2 containing at least one type of water soluble amphipatic components are introduced into the interconnected fine cavities and moisture is mostly removed between the introduction processes of the solutions 1 and 2 while a cover comprising an stack almost insoluble under water is formed in the fine cavities from the components of the solutions 1 and 2. Thus, a cover of antibody can be produced very inexpensively and simply on the surface of a porous material different in the composition of substances thereby enabling the saving of an additional binder made of a polymer for mechanical stabilization of the cover.
