<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical path protective bellows for a laser beam machine for protecting the optical path bellows from a divergent ray of the laser beam from a laser oscillator, and a reflection ray from a machining part. SOLUTION: 1. In the optical path protective bellows 1 provided along an optical path of the laser beam, a reflection plate 1 for reflecting a reflection ray RB from a laser machining part is provided on the slant face of a bent part 15 in the bellows, and an intermediate plate 19 provided with a beam aperture 21 for cutting the divergent ray DB from the laser oscillator is provided on the approximate middle of the bellows. 2. In the optical path protection bellows provided along the optical path of the laser beam, the reflection plate for reflecting the reflection ray from the laser machining part is provided on the slant face of the bent part in the bellows, the intermediate plate provided with a beam aperture for cutting the divergent ray from the laser oscillator is provided on the approximate middle of the bellows, and a guide part for guiding movably along the optical path is provided on the intermediate plate.</p> |
