PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently make an inner pot of a cooking pot for restaurants generate heat with an IH inverter by disposing a litz wire of the IH inverter properly and securely in the cooking pot for restaurants. SOLUTION: The cooking pot for restaurants consists of the inner pot 5 and an outer pot 6 to be formed inclinable, and the litz wire of the IH inverter for making the inner pot 5 generate heat is disposed on the outer surface of the inner pot 5. A plurality of litz wire fixing clamps 18 are arranged radially upward from the center of the bottom of the inner pot 5 along the outer surface of the inner pot 5. Slots 19 for engaging the litz wire 11a are bored in the litz wire fixing clamp 18 in the longitudinal direction, and the litz wire 11a is spirally wound around the slots 19. |
