PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a brazing filler sheet and a brazing sheet enhancing the brazing performance, and excellent in yield and productivity. SOLUTION: A thin plate of an aluminum alloy skin material having a higher solid line temperature than a liquidus line temperature of a brazing filler is fed from the inlet side of a plate continuous casting machine, and brought into contact with a core material molten metal made of an Al-Si-based brazing alloy so as to conduct making a skin material thin plate for oxidation prevention and a brazing filler into a clad together with solidification of the brazing filler molten metal, thereby the brazing filler sheet, whose area ratio of an Si particle of 50μm or less to total Si perticle in the brazing filler is 80% or more, is manufactured. And by making the brazing filler sheet the skin material, using the same plate continuous casting machine, bringing into contact with the aluminum alloy molten metal having the higher solid line temperature than the liquidus line temperature of the brazing filler, and conducting making the brazing sheet and the core material into a clad together with the solidification of the core material molten metal, the brazing material is manufactured.
