PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a planting device capable of surely holding a seedling to a planting position without fracturing the seedling and surely planting the seedling in a vegetable transplanter. SOLUTION: This vegetable transplanter is obtained by composing a crank mechanism 90 of a case on the driving side (a rotary case 51) and a case on the driven side (a link case 52) additionally provided with a planting claw 87 in a planting frame 47 supporting the planting device 31 and intermittently rotating and driving the case 51 on the driving side. Furthermore, a guide plate 49 in which guide grooves 49a and 49b are formed is provided in the planting frame 47 and guide rollers 53 and 55 additionally installed in the case 52 on the driven side are fitted into the guide grooves 49a and 49b.
